Error when creating a new translated (root) folder

When creating a new translated folder following these steps:

1. Click on "Add root folder"
2. First select Type="folder"
3. Type in the name

no translation dropdown is shown and an error is logged [1].
If you first type in the name and then select the type, the translation dropdown will be shown correctly.
