Regression: translations dialog does not show folder icons

The Translations dialog (accessible to admins via the 'Translations' option of a folder) allows linking of translated root folders. In 7.9 this dialog shows folder icons with flags for each translation. In 10 these folder icons are not visible anymore (see screenshots).
