When removing the htmlcleaner.id value inside the doctype editor it gets replaced after saving and committing again

Reproduction steps:
1. Login to the CMS.
2. Select the document types from the drop-down.
3. Add a new document type.
4. Add a rich text editor to this.
5. Clear the property of: htmlcleaner.id
6. Save it.
7. Commit.
8. Open again for Edit.
9. Check the property.

Expected result:
The value of the property is empty.

Actual result:
It replaced with the original value.
