Improve the link picker to be able to define a path which is valid for all the different language versions

As a CMS User I would like to configure the link picker inside the document type editor in the way that the given base.path is valid for all the translated language versions.

Example:
English content:
-Documents(folder)
-Contents(folder)
-ExampleDocument(SimpleDocument)
German content(translated from English):
-Document(folder)
-Inhalt(folder)
-BeispielDocument(SimpleDocument)

In this case base.path=Document/Contents which automatically valid for the German case for:
Document/Inhalt
