Mime type incorrect for Javascript files as asset

    Description

      When uploading a Javascript file as asset, the mime type is text/html
      Same for when updating an existing one.

      Maybe an old regression, prob. related to Tika which is also in 7.9 (CMS7-5273 and CMS7-8737)
