Add option to maintain i18n name of document type

The document type editor lacks the option to give the document type the i18n names for it. Developers still have to go to the console to add a mixin and childnodes to give a type like myproject:newsArticle a name like "News Item" or "Nieuwsbericht". A small dialog is all that we need here, triggered by a button in top bar.
