Regression - The rename dialog has "reset" option instead of "edit" option

1. Create and publish a document
2. The document is changed
3. The document is taken offline
4. The document is renamed
5. While renaming the document the URL of the document should be updated automatically

Actual - The URL of the document is not updated automatically because of the "reset" option (default) refer screenshot 1
Expected - The URL of the document should be update automatically because of "edit" option (default) refer screenshot 2 of 7.9
