Refactor to reuse code in renaming folder/document/images-assets

    Description

      The renaming folder/document/image&assets functionality are quite similar. There are quite sharing code in DefaultWorkflowPlugin, FolderWorkflowPlugin and DocumentWorkflowPlugin. They also have three different RenameDocumentDialog classes with almost similar UI & functions.

      Refactoring above code would be good for future work maintenance.
