Description
Every customer has complained about the lack of ability to assign different roles to users in channel manager. Right now you either have read only or full access to channel manager. Customers request the following to be broken out into individual roles at a minimum:
- Limit access to specific channels instead of all
- Provide the ability to control access to edit menus with an individual role
- Provide the ability to control access to add and delete pages with an individual role
- Provide the ability to control access to add, delete, and configure components on a page with an individual role
I cannot emphasize enough how upset customers are when they discover this and how much time we spend trying to cover it up or not talk about it during sales.
