Regression:Select Files & Upload buttons don't really look disabled after an image is uploaded under image gallery

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:-->
      1.Upload new image greater than 4 Mb under images.
      2.user gets warning message that The file is too large. The maximum allowed file size is 4M.
      3.Notice "Select files","upload" button doesn't seems to be disabled.
