Restyled Document type editor field sections border missing when opening a section without elements

See attached screenshots.
1) Create a new project with Essentials (Not needed but this has no custom compoinds/inherited)
2) Create a new document type
3) Click Custom Compound
Expected: Only change is the triangle changing.
Actual: blank space between selected element and next element is removed (See doctypefields2)

Notes

• Would be even nicer if clicking a section header without elements shows an indicator the section is empty
• Inconsistent that the sections can't be collapsed by clicking on them like in the tree.
