[content] Document tree junction icon is not updated when expanding a folder

    Description

      Regression in the content perspective document-tree:
      When expanding a folder, the junction icon is not updated from the right-arrow (hi-caret-right) to the down-arrow. Visually the icon does not indicate the folder is expanded. This breaks automation that uses the icon to detect the folder expanded/collapsed state.
