[content] collapsing view throws user back to selected item

Reproduction path:

• Go to Content and select an item (e.g. document or image or asset)
• Go to a different section (e.g. images or documents or assets) via the dropdown and expand the view by clicking expand icon
• Now collapse the view by clicking on the collapse icon

Expected: The view collapses back to the previous state, with the tree view in the current section and the selected item displayed on the right.
Actual result: The view collapses but the section of the selected item is activated so the user has to navigate to the previous section again.
