Prevent same localized names when copying document/image/asset

    Description

      It is possible to copy a document to the new one that has the same localized name with another doc. The CMS7-8949 has fixed most operations but does not cover copy document use-case.

      Reproduction path:

      1. Compile & run a myhippoproject.
      2. Create two documents:
        • Name: "Doc A", url name: "doc-a-1"
        • Name: "Doc B", url name: "doc-b"
      3. Open "Doc B", copy it via the menu Document > Copy.... Enter the target copy as "Doc A"

      Result: two "Doc A" documents (see screenshot).
      Expected: an warning error displayed in the Copy dialog.

      The same bug occurs to image and asset files via the Copy action.
