Event ‘tab-activated’ (Content perspective, document editor)

When a document is shown in a tab of the document editor, the system logs a unique tab identification.

name the event with the doctype hash (no namespace prefix) that is opened in the tab

we do not want to know which document types are being managed by the CMS, and we do not want to expose identifying information - so no name, but an ID to indicate the individual content item
