Node picker : base node configurable through path optionally

Currently, you can set 'base.uuid' in a node field in document type editor, in order to specify the base folder path in the node picker dialog.
It would be more convenient if we can set 'base.path' instead without having to know the physical UUID.
'base.uuid' could take the precedence over the new 'base.path'.
