Regression: double-click on image in rich text field does not open the image picker

Double-clicking an image in a rich text field used to open the image picker with that image pre-selected. That no longer works. It's therefore quite hard for users to change an existing image in a document: users have to delete the existing image and add a new one instead of just double-clicking an existing image.

Steps to reproduce:
1. edit a document with a rich text field
2. click the 'Image' button and select an image from the gallery
3. click 'OK'. The image is now shown inside the rich text field
4. double-click the added image

Expected: the image picker opens again with the clicked image pre-selected
Actual: nothing happens
