In view mode we should not show the mandatory asterisk

See screenshot. The date is marked as mandatory. This is unnecessary information in view mode.

I find the asterisk a bit misleading, I thought it was meant like a footnote kind of thing. Maybe in a traditional, old UI i would have thought of the mandatory requirement. But in this modern UI it did not. Jira does not have the space and makes the asterisk red.
