AjaxIndicator setActive functionality is missing

    Description

      Before the new ajax-indicator was introduced, it was possible to temporarily disable the ajax indicator by calling setActive(true/false).

      This is used by the Audiences -> Realtime tab when 'Live updates' is turned on.
