content blocks plugin is not functional

The content blocks plugin is not functional, likely due to the restyling. Problem is the positioning of the links to add a new content block. These should be rendered below the list of content blocks. However, they are rendered next to the last block, which causes the "up/down/delete" controls to hover over them, making the "add" links unaccessible. See screenshot.
