When deleting a lot (> 100) of files within one folder via intellij an NPE is logged

    Description

      I think it is because when for example deleting more than 100 files, events do come in in batches, and while a reimport jar/zip is created, files are still being deleted.

      Note that in the end, the last batch of deletes successfully gets processed resulting in that the final state is correct
