Many icons are blurry in Firefox and IE

    Description

      As part of CMS7-8988 the perspective icons in Firefox are fixed. In IE these icons are still blurry.
      Both in Firefox and IE the icons in these locations are blurry or even clipped:

      • Workflow dialogs
      • Picker dialogs

      For some reason, after moving the dialogs a bit, the icons are rendered correctly.
