[Backport of CMS7-8715 to 7.9] HTML cleaner: spaces before link

Current situation:

• Log in into the cms
• Add an external link to the ckeditor without a trailing <space>.
• Save and close
• Open the document
• observe the <space> before the link

Expected:

• No <space> will be added on save.
