    Description

      The hours field in the DateTimeField cannot display the range validation message (e.g. 'The value of '...' must be between ...) due to an error in WICKET-5591 [1]. This problem has been fixed in wicket 6.16, while CMS 2.26.15 uses wicket 6.14.
