Document Perspective "Context menu" changes its position & overlaps with the navigation pane items after page refresh while its open.

Steps to reproduce:-->
1.Go to content perspective.
2.Open context perspective on any of the Document type folder.
3. Eg:-->Open it on "FAQ".
4.Refresh the page.
5.Context perspective changes its position & overlap with the navigation items.

Expected result:-->Context perspective should retain its position on page refresh or simply close it.

This happens in all browsers.
