Renaming a folder isn't aware of folder name localization

Reproduction path:

1. Login to CMS in English. Create a folder with path=foods, name="English Foods". Logout
2. Login again in Dutch. Rename the folder to "Dutch Foods". Logout.
3. Login to CMS again in English. Check the folder "foods":

Expectation: the folder name is "English Foods"
Actual: folder name is "Dutch Foods".

Cause: the renaming function does not create the separate "hippo:translation" node containing "hippo:language" property with the current locale language.
