[Forward port 7.10] GalleryWorkflowPlugin extension point got lost

In order to support project-specific extensions of the image upload dialog, a few extension points were added to the GalleryWorkflowPlugin in CMS7-8662. Unfortunately, they got lost soon after that. I'll attach a diff to bring them back. Also, you may want to check that 7.10 provides the same or similar extensibility.
