Regression: CKEditor inserts non-breaking spaces while copy pasting words with accented chars

1. Login to CMS
2. Navigate to documents and open a new document or existing document
3. Copy below text and paste it in between some existing text
"βeta"
"démo"
4. Now save and publish the document
5. Go to site part and search for any of the above text
Expected - It should render the above published document
Actual - The search result does not show above document

It was later found that these accented characters when copy pasted to CKEditor, for some reason CKEditor inserts non-breaking spaces "& n b s p ;" as below because of which it is stored as different string in repository
