Regression - Image variant is broken

1. Login to CMS and navigate to Documents
2. Select any document with HTML field in it
3. In edit mode of the document, in HTML field click on Insert Image option
4. In Image Picker dialog select an Image and try to choose a image variant from Size option

Expected - In go green there five image variants none of this are shown
Actual - Nothing is shown (refer screenshot)
