Regression: Publication date doesn't show in document listing for newly created documents

For newly created documents, the column "Published" in the document listing remains empty.

The underlying data is good but loading the publication date depends on the JCR order of the variant. This happens in method org.hippoecm.frontend.plugins.reviewedactions.list.resolvers.StateIconAttributes#load that stops loading when an unpublished variant is found. The publication date is only present on the published variant, so that it is after the unpublished variant it doesn't load.
