Bump maven-release-plugin version to 2.5.1

    Description

      Releasing git-based maven projects fails when using a recent git client (version 1.9 or higher) fails with the current version of the maven-release-plugin (version 2.4.2).
      According to http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MRELEASE-812 it is fixed in version 2.5.1.
      I validated this by releasing hippo-theme and it worked out fine.
