[CMS-8496] Link picker: breadcrumb UI breaks if folder names contain 'wide' characters - Issues

When the folder name use wide characters (e.g. 'W'), the item width may be too large then breaks the breadcrumb UI (see the 1st screenshot).

Approach:

When the text item contains all 'W' (i.e. 'WWWWWWWWWW'), the item becomes widest with 120px.
Because the maximal width of the breadcrumb is 610px, so the max #breadcrumbs is ~ 5 to make UI not to be broken.
