[JcrDiff] Matching using a SnsKeyFactory should not fallback to match on SNS index

Currently the JcrDiff TreeMatcher uses a fallback to using the sns index to 'match' a partner item when no SnsKeyFactory match can be found.
If there is an SnsKeyFactory however for the item, then not finding a match must mean there actually isn't one, to be recorded as a 'delete'.
