Regression: Publish all in folder dialog does not take documents into account that have not been published before

    Description

      Documents can have three stored variants. If you create a new document and save it, it still has only two variants (draft, unpublished). The folder option "Publish all in folder" does not take the new documents into account and they cannot be published this way.

      The workaround is to publish documents one by one until this issue is fixed.
