Localize new error messages (FR & DE) when preventing same-name-siblings

Please provide translations for the new messages added to resource bundle:

• org/hippoecm/frontend/plugins/standardworkflow/FolderShortcutPlugin$Dialog.properties
• org/hippoecm/frontend/plugins/standardworkflow/RenameDocumentDialog.properties
• org/hippoecm/frontend/plugins/reviewedactions/RenameDocumentDialog.properties

The new keys added:

error-same-names=No name is changed. Please enter different names. (only (*))
error-sns-node-exists=The URL name "{0}" is already used in this folder. Please use a different name.
error-localized-name-exists=The name "{0}" is already used in this folder. Please use a different name.
error-validation-names=Error to validate input names

Updated from CMS7-8997: another message needs to be translated as well:

The URL name '{0}' and name '{1}' are already used in this folder. Please use different names.
