autoexport cannot export nodes with a period in the name

create a project with the archetype

• log in into the cms
• make sure autoexport is on
• go to the control panel / users
• create a new user with a dot in the name, like m.rop

Current situation:
A NullPointer exception and the user is not exported

Desired situation:
Users with a dot in their name are exported as well.
