Forward port 7.9: Missing navigator label (Showing 1 to 10 of 13) translations for the CMS pickers

Forward port to 7.9:

The navigator label (Showing 1 to 10 of 13) for the CMS pickers is not translated when you login with the language set to Dutch.

1 t/m 10 van 13

Actual Output:
Showing 1 to 10 of 13

Workaround / possible fix:
Override the file DocumentListingPlugin_nl.properties and add the value NavigatorLabel=${from} t/m ${to} van ${of}
