No spacing between paragraphs in CKEditor edit mode

    Description

      In view mode, there is spacing between paragraphs, and between headings and paragraphs (similar to the actual web site).
      But in edit mode there is no spacing.
      Minor issue but I keep adding line breaks, only to discover they are not needed.

      Not sure if this is a CMS issue, or a project issue.
