    Description

Sometimes it is desirable for different locales to have different ways of encoding a node name. For example, 'รค' is generally encoded as 'a' but in German it should be 'ae'.

We should provide a way to have a different NodeNameCodec per locale with a fallback to the existing Codec if none is specified.
