words with accented characters in xinha not indexed before saving document from cms

Current situation:
When importing data with in the hippostd:html field via the console words with accents are not indexed.

Desired situation:
All words are indexed.

To reproduce the issue please:
1. check out https://svn.onehippo.org/repos/closed/sandbox/michiel/htmlencoding/
2. build and run the project
3. log in into the cms
4. search for the word prolongée
5. edit the html field in http://localhost:8080/cms/?path=/content/documents/encoding-de-html/nouvelles/2014/a-villequier
5. search for the word again --> it will be found now
