Can we / should we re-order the node type node name?

When you create a node you will notice the popup has:

Node name
Node JCR type

When you add a property, the popup has
Property JCR name
Property value

This is very confusing for new developers as the JCR name (node type and property name) are inverted for each dialog; on top in one case and at the bottom in the other. Can we create some consistency here or would this be too frustrating for existing developers who have gotten used to it?
