Deprecate GalleryProcessor#validateResource

    Description

      Issue created after discussion in CMS7-7857:

      We should deprecate validateResource as part of 7.9 GA, and move its logic into either

      1. one of the existing validation services
      2. a new validation service
      3. /dev/null, if we don't want to check the actual content of uploaded images and assets anymore.

      This should be done in a separate story, though. And the product owner has to decide on option 1, 2 or 3.
