Page Management - Adding a menu item to a large menu-item tree scrolls the tree to the top

Steps to reproduce
1) Go to Channel Manager, edit a channel and click Edit Menu.
2) Create menu items until the scrollbar appears. Add 2 more menu items.
3) Scroll until the last menu item is in view and select it
4) Click Add men item, set label and click Create menu item
Expected: The menu-item tre stays scrolled down and the new menu item is visible
Actual: The tree reloads and scrolls to the top. New menu item is not visible
