Regression: Unable to select folder in Image Picker with IE8

1) Start Go Green and log in
2) Go go Documents/Hippo Go Green/Events and create a new even
3) Click Image/Select. In the image picker click in the left side tree on the 'events' folder
Expected: events folder opens
Actual: events folder is not opened. Also notice the bottom part of the tree pane is not renered properly
