Regression: Feedback message displayed twice in close-document dialog

1) Login CMS
2) Go to Documents and create a new Event document.
3) Do not fill in the (mandatory) title field
4) Click the close button on the tab
Expected: Dialog that states string value is empty
Actual: 'A string value is empty' is printed 2x, see attachment
