Page management - Page settings is unusable in IE8

1. Login to CMS as admin or editor IE 8 browser
2. Go to channel manager >> select any channel >> Edit channel >> Page settings

Expected - The new page settings dialog should be readable or editable
Actual - The dialog is not usable (refer screenshot)
