Regression - No feedback shown in new document dialog when no type is selected

1) Open CMS and login
2) Go to Documents / Common and create a new document
3) Fill in a name but do not choose a document type
4) Click OK
Expected: Feedback panel that states a document type must be selected
Actual: No feedback but dialog stays open.
