Regression - URL name is not shown in translate document dialog

    Description

      1. Login to CMS as any user
      2. Go to documents and select any document
      3. Go to document menu English and from drop down select a translatable language

      Expected - User should be able to name the document and change the URL of it
      Actual - User is not able to change the URL name of the translatable document (refer screenshot)
