Regression - Incorrect status message of the document and incorrect status icon for a publish document

1. Login to CMS as admin or eiditor
2. Go to documents >> gettingstarted >> News 2011 >> select any document
2a. Schedule a document to go offline
3. Pick a new document and access the menu, Document >> Copy
4. Name a valid name and create the copy of the document
5. Now access the menu, Publication >> Publish

Expected - The document should be published
Actual - The document is not published, the status and icon remain offline. But publication menu shows Take offline... and Schedule take offline (refer attachment)
