Upgrade to version 2.0.1 of angular-translate

The current angular-translate version (1.1.1) is licensed under WTFPL.
As of 2.0 this has been changed to an MIT license.

There are some API changes, so we need code changes.
Most notable change is that the $translate service now returns promises in most cases.
